HOW WE HELP

Antibiotic Resistence
explanation video
Antibiotic resistance occurs when an infection responds poorly to an antibiotic that once could treat it successfully. It’s the bacteria that have become resistant to the antibiotic, not the patient.
This happens because the bacteria acquire a mutation - a change in their DNA - that gives them a new protein as a tool to fight the antibiotic.
ABOUT US

We created a tool
to track antibiotics
We developed a tool where you input your doctor's note with the antibiotic
perscribed to you and our tool generates a calendar with personal reminders to help you stay on track. Our aim is to make the process as simple as possible and help you stick to your prescriptions
WHY THIS MATTERS
Correct antibiotic use—often referred to as antibiotic stewardship—is crucial because it preserves the effectiveness of these life-saving drugs, prevents the rise of dangerous "superbugs," and reduces the risk of unnecessary side effects. When antibiotics are used incorrectly (overused, misused, or taken when not needed), bacteria evolve to resist them, rendering treatments ineffective.
